Bridlington Seafood Festival 'A Taste of the Coast' 15th & 16th June 2019

Can't wait for this one! As well as demonstrating I have been asked to run the cookery theatre at this event. I have a stella line up of local chefs which will be announced soon.

The festival will feature local seafood, with an emphasis on locally caught crab and lobster to highlight the fact that, as the largest lobster landing port in Europe, Bridlington is "The Lobster Capital of Europe".

There will be cookery demonstrations featuring local chefs starting at 11.00am both days.

Entry to the festival is free of charge.

Staithes Festival of Arts & Heritage 7th & 8th September 2019
