CAPTAIN COOK CRANBERRY MUSTARD - A MILD, FRUITY MUSTARD WITH A GREAT DEPTH OF FLAVOUR. PERFECT IN A CHICKEN OR TURKEY SARNIE WITH ROCKET, TOMATO AND MAYO. WORKS REALLY WELL WITH ALL COOKED MEATS AND CHEESE.

HARBOURSIDE HOT HONEY - HOT AND XXX HOT. SWEET AND SPICY BRILL WITH PIZZA, CHICKEN WINGS, RIBS AND ROASTED VEGETABLES. AMAZING WITH CHEESE AND CHARCUTERIE, GRILLED SALMON OR HAM. SALAD DRESSINGS ETC. THE LIST IS PRETTY ENDLESS!

APPLE & MUSTARD SEED RELISH - A RECIPE ADAPTED FROM ONE OF MY MY FOOD HEROS, THE LATE GARY ROADS. THIS EATS REALLY WELL WITH PORK, PORK PIE, SAUSAGE ROLLS AND BLACK PUDDING. CAN BE EATEN HOT OR COLD. A GREAT ALTERNATIVE TO APPLE SAUCE.

SWEET & HOT PICKLED LIMES - PAIRS AMAZINGLY WITH CURRIES & RIC. BRILLIANT FOLDED INTO MAYO FOR AN ONION BAHJI SARNIE. EXPERIMENT WITH CHEESE, PEANUT BUTTER AND AVOCADO.
