Langoustines, Dublin Bay Prawns, Scampi, call them what you will but one this is for sure, they a such a tasty treat from the sea.
It looks quite a scary task to prepare these but it really is quite easy when you know where to start.
With all the country recently being in lockdown, fishermen have been supplying direct to the public and are continuing to do so.
So there's no better time to get involved and get some fresh langoustines and have a go preparing them yourselves at home.
